If it has expired, don’t worry - simply:

1. Log in to http://MyWelfare.ie with your verified MyGovID to renew your PSC

2. Then visit http://ndls.rsa.ie to complete your licence renewal

3. You can renew your licence or learner permit within 3 months of your expiry date
