Absolutely devastated to hear of the passing of Valerie or Val as everyone knew her by 💔💔

Val was always so good to our homeless pals , she stocked the goodies in our Christmas party shop , she was always doing collections for us , and always buying supplies like sleeping bags and socks for our pals ❤️

You were always so kind to our pals , we will never forget that , our condolences to Anto your husband and all your friends and family at this very sad time 💔

Carmel is such a kind and caring person , she's the best fur mammy and friend ,she goes out of her way to help our homeless people and anyone in need , on nights we run out of food Carmel will be the first to go to burger king for anyone who comes along thats hungry ❤️🌟

Queues tonight on the streets of Dublin 💔🇮🇪

We had only arrived and the Q formed in minutes , so many people barely surviving so many people hanging on by a thread , desperate for safe accommodation and resorting to tents and sleeping bags knowing they won't get safe accommodation 💔

We cannot keep up with the demand anymore ,we used to be out for hours but now we last about 1 hour max !!!

One of our lads was beaten up in his tent the other night, it was mistaken identity 💔

He said " All I felt was a boot in my back and then something like a pole raining down on top of me and my girlfriend, I jumped to protect her

I was petrified and thought is this how I die , I was screaming for them to stop ,they eventually did and when I got out of the tent they realised I wasn't who they were looking for

they started apologising to us , but I was bleeding and hurt I couldn't take it in what had happened, our tent was destroyed, we packed up our belongings and ran to find a safer spot to put a new tent you gave us tonight , i just wish there
Was safer couple beds available because this life is dangerous and exhausting "

We don't have enough sade couples beds and haven't had since 2015 !!! Its ridiculous that just because you want to stay with your partner for safety you have less of a chance at getting a room and have to take a tent to be able to stay together💔

Our system is so broken 💔🇮🇪💔

He asked me to take these pictures and share them so people can see how unsafe our Streets are and how vulnerable homeless people are 💔

Thanks to everyone who donated to our pals , it enables us to be able to replace tents or sleeping bags or clothes and keep people alive on the streets of Dublin because there isn't enough safe accommodation available 💔
