Join Katie every Monday (from June 8th) for our brand new Reformer X Barre class 😍

A dynamic fusion of Reformer Pilates and Barre training. This full-body workout combines the strength-building benefits of the reformer with the endurance, balance, and sculpting elements of barre. Using the reformer and a variety of props, you’ll build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility all while developing greater body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Our Postnatal Pilates will return to Wednesday morning at 10.30, BYOB (bring your own baby) πŸ˜… Please note, you must be cleared by your GP to return to exercise.

Our Prenatal Pilates will begin on a slightly later date announced soon.
