Data meets empathy in building safer schools.

Our sociometric tools reveal the hidden peer dynamics that often go unnoticed - giving educators the power to intervene early and prevent bullying before it escalates.

Imagine classrooms where every student feels included, supported, and safe to speak up. That’s what Helping Hands enables.

Together, we can change school communities by turning unseen data into compassionate action.

Are you ready to see what others can’t and create a more inclusive environment for all your students?

At Helping Hands we have developed anti-bullying programme and software that provides schools with the tools and training to identify bullying that goes unnoticed and encourage more inclusive and psychologically safe learning environments. Bullying frequently goes unreported to parents and teachers, as children fear it could make their situation worse.
Using an online sociometric tool, based on our founder Maria Garvey’s PhD research, teachers are trained to understand the unseen relationship structure of the classroom, and are supported to make early interventions to prevent bullying from becoming entrenched in a classroom, ultimately impacting positively on a child for the rest of their life.

Making the unseen seen.

Early indicators of bullying behaviour often show up long before any “incident.”
The more we understand these patterns, the earlier we can intervene — and protect vulnerable students.
