15.5kg down — and hitting PBs the whole way.
He wasn’t lazy and he wasn’t lost. He was in the gym every week, consistent. A back operation had derailed him before. Most men would have kept it as the reason to stop. He didn’t.
But training was never the problem. It was everything around it — the food, the lifestyle that comes with a demanding job — and no program he’d been on was ever built for the life he actually has. So he’d lose it, life would hit, and it came back every time.
He didn’t wait for January. Didn’t wait for “after Christmas.” Didn’t let the holidays write off another year.
We built the structure right. He showed up to it — through Christmas, through holidays, through the weeks work tried to swallow whole.
16 weeks later:
– 124kg down to 110kg
– 20cm off the waist
– Clothes fitting again
He did the showing up. The plan just finally fit the life he was never going to put on hold.
