At Boyne Valley Flavours, we love showcasing the incredible makers behind the products and this week, we're catching up with Siobháin McShane-Loy, owner of Tastees, an artisan producer of marmalades, preserves, chutneys, sauces, dressings, herb mixes, and cookie mixes, based in Clogherhead, Co. Louth.

Siobháin started Tastees by making jams for family and friends using local fruit, and the demand quickly grew! Now, she produces over 22 products, supplying over 37 shops across Ireland and has one several awards for her products including the prestigious Blas na hÉireann award.
