Thinking about returning to running after having a baby? 🏃♀️
A successful return isn't about waiting for the 6-week check-up and hoping for the best. It's about rebuilding strength, restoring pelvic floor function, and progressing gradually.

• Core and hip strength
• Impact readiness
• Any symptoms such as leaking or heaviness

Does handwriting leave your child with tired hands, sore fingers or frustration? ✏️
For children with hypermobility, writing can require much more effort than most people realise. Flexible joints often mean the muscles have to work harder to create stability and control.
Signs may include:
• Hand fatigue or cramping
• Poor pencil grip
• Messy or slow handwriting
• Difficulty sitting comfortably at a desk
The good news? With the right support, strengthening, posture work and practical strategies can make handwriting feel much easier.
