On this International Day of Peace you can join the Peacewave by observing a 'minute of silence/moment for peace' at 12 noon in all time zones. The PeaceWave is a way for Humanity to engage in a unitive act of Peace.

Encouraging children to engage with nature has enormous benefits. It has been proven to reduce stress, support creativity, improve self-discipline, increase focus and attention. The reds, golds, yellows and rustic orange leaf colours provide huge interest for children (and adults). Firstly there is the joy of collecting the leaves! Different colours, shapes and textures. Secondly it provides an opportunity for a whole range of craft activities. Spending time together, planning the crafts and doing the craft activity together is an added bonus.
