I have read the regulations governing the 2024 Joe O’Neill Run and agree to be bound by them. In consideration of the acceptance of this
my entry I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the Black Church Racing Association (including owners or Lessees of and lands
used for the event) and their respective officials, servants, representatives, or land agents, from and against all actions, claims, costs,
expenses and demands in respect of death of or injury to or loss or damage to the person or properties of myself, my driver (s) or passenger
(s) or mechanic (s) as case may be howsoever caused arising out of , or in commotion with my taking part in this event, notwithstanding that
the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by, the said bodies and their officials, servants, representatives or agents. Furthermore,
in respect of any parts of this event on ground where third party insurance is not required by law this agreement shall in addition to the
parties named above extend to all and any other competitors and their servants or agents. Further I agree to act in accordance with the
instructions of the officials of the club. I confirm that the machine with which I will participate will be fully covered by insurance for my
participation therewith for the whole period of the event in accordance with the road traffic act. Any personal information which you
volunteer to The Blackchurch Racing Association will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in
accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2018. The information will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will
not be added to a mailing list nor made available to other third parties.
