Receptionist/Administrator

O’Brien Crowley, Chartered Accountants, Main Street, Ballincollig, Co Cork currently have a vacancy for a full-time permanent receptionist/administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity if you have an interest in accountancy or would like to learn more about this area.

The role includes;
- Responsibility for the organisation and management of the reception area
- Taking and distributing telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting clients on arrival
- Managing the diaries of senior staff
- Managing holidays, timesheets
- Assisting in administrative tasks including invoicing, client communication etc.
- Providing some administrative support to senior partners
