For the first time you will have an immediate, online method to report offending food and circumstances for yourself and you child/ren. The ultimate goal is to raise awareness about food allergies and keep promoting safe food for everyone.
A new simplified version will soon be ready for translation and use in other EU countries.

Please participate with us to make labeling standardized/more transparent :-).

Allergy labelling is on the rise with statements like "may contain traces of" or "manufactured in a facility that also processes..." appearing on more than half of all packaged foods in Australia http://goo.gl/UabvFy

However people with allergies have little idea whether the food is really contaminated, or the manufacturer has just added the warning to cover against legal action.

Do you have allergies and have difficulty interpreting labelling? What are your main frustrations with the current labelling system?
