This week we kicked off a new build in Ballinlough, and the transformation is already wild. 👀

We've captured brand-new space with a two-storey extension and added a steel beam to open up the back and flood the home with light.

Inside, Sigma Homes has redesigned the whole layout: a U-shaped kitchen, a dedicated utility room, and a dining space built for those views. Gary and the team are deep into the heavy construction, getting the steel in place to hold the new walls.

End result: 4 large bedrooms, an ensuite, and a main bathroom. Come October 2nd, this home will be real. 🔨✨
