Unislim Blarney

Im back doing classes but unfortunately I couldn't find a suitable venue in blarney so I'm in wilton in the sma hall beside wilton shopping centre .I'm here this morning Thursday from 8 .15 to 10 am and Monday evening class from 5 to 7 pm .its a weigh and go class as the venue is very narrow but if anyone needs the new members talk I'm happy to do it 😊

Class tomorrow as usual but just to let ye know the main gates will be closed to the gaa car park due to resurfacing. There is a small gate to enter from .class will go ahead as normal though .I'll be giving some Patrick's day tips and how to enjoy it without the guilt .see ye tomorrow xx
