On page 4, you will clearly see that it clearly states....
no live performance (whether a performance of music or otherwise) is permitted on the premises other than at a wedding organised in accordance with Regulation 9 of the Regulations of 2021.
Regulation 9 refers to (i) underneath instructing that no dancing is permitted. If your hotel instructs you that you can't have live music then you may refer them to the latest legislation.
