PolyPico Technologies Ltd deliver a world’s first in the form of an automated 8 channel dispensing system which uses disposable polymer dispensing cartridges. Each dispensing channel operates independently and can contain any dispensable fluid, such as: carbon based conductive inks, DNA Oligonucleotides, cyanoacrylate, antibodies, etc.
The dispensing system developed is one of the outcomes from the 2020 project M3DLoC. The multi-channel multi-material dispensing system is currently installed on an advanced rapid manufacturing pilot line in Lavrion, Greece, where it is used in the manufactures of 3D printed Lab-On-a-Chip (LoC) devices.
