This weekend I had a pleasure of meeting Clodagh (left) and Debby (right). They joined the weekend retreat in Burren Yoga Holidays and Retreats to get away from daily tasks AND celebrate Clodagh's birthday in tranquil settings. 🦋 🥰 Clodagh has began her daily meditation practice during the pandemic and hasn't stop since! What an inspiration 👏
I absolutely admire her dedication, no matter what's going on she shows up every single day (it's been over 200 days now! Yup!).

Having a good morning routine can (and probably will) transform your life. It's that sense of structure and stability that will allow you to experience more freedom.

Aim for 10-15 minutes and when you have extra time treat yourself to a longer practice. No matter what, do it every day. Set yourself a start date and write it down. Do it religiously for 30 days and see how your mindset and body transform. 😌
