Class Update......

Due to the ever-expanding numbers at The Carrigrohane Centre, (great complaint!!), and to ensure no one gets turned away on the night; there will be no further option for 'drop-in' participants at these classes.

Instead, there will be a general sms message sent out to all those on the attendance list on the morning of, and each participant will have to reply, in order to confirm their place in one of the classes. Regrettably, if you have not booked in, in advance, then I cannot guarantee a place for you.

I apologise in advance for any disappointment, however I will need to restrict numbers, as the studio space cannot accommodate the growing list of members.

On a positive note, I am delighted with the attendances. The new people that have signed up, are contributing greatly, to what are very successful classes.

Happy New Year!!

Extending warm wishes to everyone on this New Year's Eve. I am excited about what 2013 will bring to us all. This year delivered much in the way of success, new opportunities, and along the way I have met some incredible people.

Some stayed for a short period, while going through the rehabilitation process. Others have maintained close links while incorporating the work I do into their sports-specific performance, and for the many who have taken up near-like residence with me, the message to you all is the same- My deepest thanks for affording me the opportunity of working with you all.

Special thanks and New Year's wishes to the Cork U21 Football team and staff, everyone at Brookfield Leisure, including the High Performance Unit of Cork Swimmers, Lorcan, John and Karen at Achilles Foot & Physiotherapy Clinic (what a great job these guys are doing) to all my friends at Carrigrohane, and last but not least, to all those who have invited me into their homes and have worked with me on all aspects of physical fitness (yours is the closest professional bond I will have.)
