Overthinking is often misunderstood.
It isn’t usually a sign of weakness.
More often it’s the mind trying very hard to protect you.
Trying to think things through carefully.
Trying to avoid mistakes.
Trying to keep things safe.
But when the mind runs those checks constantly, it can become exhausting.
Sometimes the most helpful step is simply learning how to quiet that mental noise again.
