Results are in from the first round of the Cork County Council Anti-Litter Challenge — and the Castlemagner Parish villages have done incredibly well! 👏🌟

Castlemagner Village achieved a fantastic 100 out of 100 🥳 while Cecilstown scored an amazing 99 out of 100, losing just one mark for a single piece of litter found. What an achievement for our parish community!

With such fine margins between scores, every piece of litter and every cigarette butt really matters — so let’s all keep making that extra effort to keep both villages spotless. 🚮

There are still two more rounds of judging over the coming weeks, so let’s keep the momentum going and continue taking pride in our roads, footpaths, green areas, and villages. Together, we can keep Castlemagner Parish looking its very best! 💚

Best of luck to both villages in the next rounds — a bit of friendly rivalry while working together for the good of the whole parish 😊
