This Pride month, we're celebrating those organisations who are committed to making their services LGBTQIA+ friendly! One such organisation is the fantastic EmployAbility who are committed to not only promoting inclusion in their workplace, but also supporting workplaces accross the city in that mission! Our Rainbow Ready Inclusion Mark training is a certified programme designed for community organisations, non-profits, and educational institutions and equips learners in creating and maintaining inclusive, respectful and safe spaces for LGBTI+ persons. The course includes essentials in Terminology, Pronouns, how to support someone through the 'Coming Out' process, how to effectively advocate for those who are LGBTI+ and more! Visit our training page at www.gayproject.ie/training for all of our programmes or email [email protected] to sign up today.
