In the words of the wonderful Marc Jacobs, I don't think there is ever a wrong time for a polka dot! I had so much fun doing this design :) I just used a dotting tool and a tooth pick with 3 different shades of pinks, white and a little gold to add some sparkle ;) Let me know what you guys think !
