We are delighted to welcome Sarah from Beachmount Farm to Neighbourfood Carrigaline

Beechmount Farm, from just outside Dripsey, produces delicious food using sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices. Their organic micro greens and potted herbs are grown year-round under light and an innovative compost heating system is in use to ensure the temperature in the growing facilities remains constant, all are free of synthetic chemicals and pesticides.

The August holiday weekend is nearly upon us which means holidays, lazy days 🌞 and the gardeners are happily reaping the bounty of all their hard work, whatever you do, enjoy!

Corrinne's Kitchen Lemon Meringue Cupcakes was a trendy choice last week, we tried them and adored every crumb 🍋 We also loved Valleyview farm's New season Queens, harvested fresh daily as are their new season Carrots and Cabbage you can't get fresher! 🥕

Last week we were so happy sitting out in the sun and spoiling ourselves with some fantastic olives, and dips, from West Cork Olives, we also had pate and some wonderful Irish and continental cheese from On The Pigs Back, Pain Rustique bread from Bread and Roses as was a bottle of Baccichetto Prosecco Frizzante from the Wine Buff 🥂
