Something extra for our Wellness diary this week!
Clonakilty Boxing Club C.B.C kindly invite you to a free taster class at their Women's Non Contact class on Wednesday 20th May from 7-8pm at their club premises in Clonakilty Showgrounds, P85 D654.

This class is for all abilities, you work at your own pace with the guidance and support of coaches, and all equipment required is provided.
