The launch of Rural Revive took place in the Ulster Canal Stores in Clones. 🎉

We were delighted to have Minister of State Niamh Smyth TD launch the programme, joined by employers, jobseekers, community partners and colleagues from right across Cavan and Monaghan. 🤝

Rural Revive is about opening doors for people aged 45+ who've been out of work for a while (more than 1 year) and connecting their experience, skills and reliability with local employers who need exactly that.

Through Rural Revive, jobseekers get a 12-month guaranteed job with a local employer, real one-to-one support from our Employment Support Officers and a genuine pathway back into lasting work. Employers get a wage subsidy of up to €20,600 and hands-on support every step of the way.🌱✅
