Gem Oils

John joined the Gem Oils team in 1979 working until his untimely passing a year ago. We remember John as a pioneering professional whose contribution to our story and success is a cornerstone to what we are today. Though a year has passed John remains fresh in our memory and will always be. We wish to honour and remember a friend and colleague who was taken in the prime of life. To his son, and our colleague Mark, to Celine, Lorraine and John’s grandchildren and family – you remain in our hearts and in our thoughts. John Connolly was an exemplar of decency, professionalism and integrity and we honour his memory.

We were delighted to mark a special occasion with a presentation to our colleague Declan Callaghan, who became a father in July.

Both baby Darragh and mum Danielle are doing wonderfully, and we wish the family every happiness during this exciting new chapter!
