Cavan County Fire Service

Firefighters from across the county undertook Emergency Traffic Management training this week at locations around Cavan Town, including Lakeland Retail Park and Moynehall. Cathaoirleach of Cavan County Council, Cllr John Paul Feeley stopped by today to wish participants well and commend them and their instructors on their ongoing efforts to keep the people of Cavan safe.

Christmas is a magical time, when we get to pause, reflect, and spend time with our loved ones, but for the fire service, it can also be a busy time. Please celebrate safely this Christmas, but be assured that, if needed, our firefighters will be on hand to help you 24 hours a day throughout the holiday period.
