Happy Interntional Day of Yoga 🙌🌅

Yoga is a practice that has brought so much joy into my life ❤️ We had a wonderful celebration in the studio this morning (I forgot to take any pics- so here are a few snaps from the last few months). My students practiced 48 sun salutations before some tea & chats.

Grateful to everyone who comes into the studio, its amazing to see our community grow ❤️
