From the moment Mac walks through the doors, she always has a smile on her face and time for a chat. She’s the first to ask how you’re doing, and her kindness and positivity makes everyone feel welcome 💖

Mac started her journey focusing on strength training, but has pushed herself to take on HYROX and running too. It’s been incredible to watch her continue to grow stronger every step of the way 💪🏃‍♀️

A huge part of the KJ family, Mac has built friendships with just about everyone in the gym. She’s an absolute pleasure to coach, works hard every session, and brings great energy wherever she goes ✨

Our memeber of the month for March is Lynda Behan 🥳💪
Lynda brings great energy to every session and always gives it her all. She’s incredibly coachable, takes on feedback with a positive attitude, and has shown consistent progress week after week. Over the last few months, in particular, she’s really come into her own, growing in confidence and performance. It’s been brilliant to see her development, and she’s a great example of what showing up and putting in the effort can achieve.
