For many women, shoulder pain and stiffness can begin during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause β often without a clear injury or explanation π€
What many women donβt realise is that hormonal changes, particularly the drop in estrogen, can directly affect the health of our joints, tendons, muscles, and connective tissue.
𧬠Estrogen plays a huge role in:
