Alan started with us first week in January, constantly bingeing on take away food and drink was really taking his toll and he knew it was time for a change.
His work has been phenomenal not just in the gym but in his own time on both training and nutrition. He is down over 1 and a half stone and you can clearly see a huge huge difference in his body shape..
daily check ins and support make the journey that bit easier. Support is key and given people praise when they achieve small or large goals really go along way.
