And yet most women only bring their attention here when something starts going wrong:

▶️ A feeling that something below is simply… switched off.

But the pelvic floor is not just a group of muscles to fix when they fail us.
It is our foundation, our roots.
And just like a tree cannot thrive without healthy roots, we cannot fully flourish when we are disconnected from this space within ourselves.
That disconnection shows up everywhere:
🌺 In the body as symptoms.
🌺 In the nervous system as chronic dysregulation.
🌺 In our femininity, our sexuality, our intuition, our ability to move through life from a place of inner knowing.

This is exactly why my work bridges the physical and the energetic.
Because this space is not just anatomy, it is a place to return to.

Healthy on a Budget with Veronica O’Reilly: Gain world-class vitality tips from our special guest. With over 20 years of experience in leading USA raw food restaurants (including Juliano’s and Au Lac) and author of Raw in a Cold Climate, Veronica shares practical ways to support your health without financial strain.

Chair Yoga for Well-Being with Michela: Shift into the body with our popular weekly teacher. This session is suitable for every body, offering a chance to breathe, move and physically integrate the day’s insights.

The Deep Reset with Barbora: Finish in tranquility. Resident practitioner Barbora leads a profound "Deep Reset" of stillness with a restorative sound and voice bath for deep nervous system regulation and rest.

This is a community focused afternoon designed to be transformative. While the event is free, spaces are limited and must be reserved.
