Pelvic Tilt Correctives - following on from our initial assessment here are some exercises to help you gain more pelvic tilt movement and control. Perform 2 sets of 8 quality reps twice per day. Progress through as you’re able.
Movement 3 - Trunk Rotation
Being able to isolate the trunk from the pelvis allows you to build tension between the upper half and lower half of the body at the top of the back swing. This helps create the “X-Factor” that most modern coaches now try make their players achieve to create more power.
