Do you thrive on turning big ideas into real businesses? Want to work at the heart of the startup ecosystem in the South-West? We’re looking for a Startup Consultant to join our team at AxisBIC.

In this role, you’ll:
- Work directly with early-stage founders across Cork, Kerry, Limerick & Clare
- Help shape investor-ready strategies and scalable business models
- Support pathways like Enterprise Ireland’s PSSF & HPSU programmes
- Be part of a close-knit, impact-driven team making a real difference regionally

📍 Based in Cork (hybrid)
💶 €50k–€60k + pension, PHI & generous leave
