Scenario. You want to email/send/upload photos, but the file sizes are too big. There a number of ways to reduce the filesize.
Method 1
If you only have a few photographs, you can do it in Microsoft paint.
Right click your photo, click "open with" and select "Paint".
Click the "resize" button and type 50 in the Percent Horizontal and Vertical lines and click "OK"
Click "save as" and give the reduced photo a new name. Done.
Using this method, you can reduce a photo to 10% percent of the original file size. I my example, from 6.4MB to 0.6MB
