NEST recently joined the Louth Tourism Network at Oriel Park, home of Dundalk FC, for a fascinating look at one of the county's most important sporting and community institutions.
From stories of legendary players and famous European nights to the club's ongoing work with young people and the local community, the visit highlighted how tourism is often built on the people, stories, and heritage that make a place unique.

NEST recently attended Creating Value Through Collaboration and Innovation, an event exploring how collaboration between academia and industry can drive innovation, sustainability, and business growth.
From renewable energy and food innovation to technology transfer and commercialisation, the event highlighted the importance of connecting businesses with the expertise and supports available across the region.

NEST was delighted to take part in Ardee Community School’s first-ever Earn As You Learn Jobs Expo on May 15th.
It was fantastic to see so many students, parents, local businesses, and organisations coming together to explore apprenticeship and employment opportunities available right here in the region.
Events like this are so important in helping young people connect directly with employers and discover the many different pathways available after school. Through the Safe Pass and Manual Handling courses delivered at NEST, we’re also proud to support many students as they begin that journey into work and apprenticeships.
