Learn how to Create Your Own Flow of Asanas and experience a breakthrough in your practice!
Whether you’re a New Yoga Teacher who just got your 200-hour certification, or a Practicing Yogi who still needs to go to class because your mind goes blank when you try to practice at home... this is for you.
This is a practical session where you will learn how to connect asanas in a seamless way and record them with quick and simple drawings.
