Bali keeps calling me back.

Not for the rice fields or the sunsets, though those don’t hurt. It’s something underneath all of that. A place where ceremony isn’t a special occasion, it’s just how life is held. Where the sacred isn’t separate from the everyday.

I’ve done many trainings here, facilitated years of classes here, fallen apart and come back together here. Every time I leave, something in me already knows I’ll return.

This November I’m going back for another Shamanic Breathwork training. If you’ve been feeling the call to go deeper, to work with breath as medicine and come home with real facilitation skills, this might be for you.

Two hours. Hundreds of souls. One dancefloor.

This is Ecstatic Dance. Freeform movement, no steps to follow, no wrong way to move. Just you, the music, and whatever wants to come through.

Music doesn’t travel in a straight line. It surges, it breathes, it lifts you to ecstatic peaks, then drops you into emotional depths you didn’t know were waiting. And then, integration. That soft landing where everything settles.

This is what I live for behind the decks.

After over a year away from music, this is my return. One set. One night. Only one time this trip. 🍫✨

This Saturday at The Yoga Barn in Ubud, join me for Ecstatic Chocolate. A sacred Cacao ceremony to open, drinking this ancient heart-opener together in community. Then we dance. Through the peaks, into the depths, and all the way to that beautiful integration at the end.
