Oh my god, this is a magical exercise, so simple, so effective, I do this almost everyday myself! The results are breathing better, standing taller, and walking easier! Great exercise to add to your upper body workout routine, or low back/ shoulder/neck issues and post-rehabilitation!

AND! If you want a strong core, this exercise is a must do! Stiff Thoracic spine will inhibit function in your core muscles.

♥️ Safety: be mindful if you have any spine pathology that doesn’t allow twisting motion in your spine. AVOID if you have Severe Osteoporosis-check with your doctor/instructor/therapist.

Consistency is the key to success. Use some of these exercises as your daily exercise routine, warm up sequence for your sports, posture maintenance or pain management.

Caution: if doing any of these exercises causes more pain, STOP! And seek help. They should be done within a pain free zone.
