Our pork porchetta is made from , deboned, stuffed with herbs and trussed. They’re ready for roasting with skin on for the ultimate crackling (ask us how to get it extra crispy and we’ll share our top tips). Don’t order less than 3 kilos for the best roast.
Premium Indonesian Wagyu, ground in-house and shaped into our 150g patties. Take some home, cook it your way, and have yourself a proper homemade burger. Or ask us for cooking tips. :-)

It's not easy to find Coppa made from local pork, which is why we set out to make it ourselves. Cured and hung in our special curing cabinet for 3 months, and tastes just like Coppa should.

A daily scene at our butcher’s table. Very good pork from , carefully cut into proper chops. Ethically farmed with organic practices, clean-tasting and exactly how quality pork meat is meant to be.
