This week we had the opportunity to join an incredible retreat group and guide a unique sensory experience through skincare, essential oils, oracle messages, intuition, connection, and meaningful conversations.

Together we explored aromas before reading the labels, received messages from plants through the Essence Oracle, shared emotions, memories, and laughter, and discovered how different scents can awaken something unique within each of us.

Thank you to these wonderful women for their openness, curiosity, and beautiful energy. And a special thank you to for inviting me to be part of this lovely retreat!

She created three blends for her future yoga classes!

After experiencing Essence Alchemy, some people feel called to go deeper through a private 1:1 blend creation journey.

This beautiful session with Marketa from the Czech Republic took place during her yoga teacher training at The Yoga Barn. She wanted to create blends connected to her next chapter as a future yoga teacher 🧘‍♀️

Together, we explored intention, grounding, creativity, sensory connection & visualization through scent: allowing her intuition and inner wisdom to guide the process.

The most beautiful part was discovering how different each formula became depending on the emotion, energy, and purpose behind it.
