Our take on Gohu, a ceviche a la Ternate. We use any kind of fresh white fish like Seabass, Pink Hawaiian Snapper, etc. The key is the freshness of the fish. The dish is amazingly stunning combined with lime dressing and coconut milk marination to give elegant flavor.
