I’ve had some seriously wild things said about me on the internet

But man, having a laugh with it has been the most liberating way to deal with it

When you are on camera, in the public eye, sharing a piece of yourself, you open yourself up to being seen through the lens of other people’s experiences

You’ll be misunderstood, you’ll be taken the wrong way, you’ll be celebrated and you’ll be condemned, it’s all apart of it

If there’s one thing I’ve learnt is that you’ll never be everybody’s cup of tea, and that’s ok

Something I keep coming back to is leading with kindness, staying true to yourself and remembering that your energy says more about you than what others say

A little late to the party, but this New Year had me deep in reflection—not just on 2025, but the last decade. 🙈

It’s wild to think that Talk is Cheap was born in 2016. The concept came to me back then: a YouTube show interviewing celebrities while doing extreme sports (lol). This was before every influencer had a channel, before the podcast boom, and yes—before the algorithm dictated our every move.

But that year wasn’t just about ideas. 2016 was the year I leapt. I packed my life into a suitcase and moved to the UK with no job, no friends, and no safety net—just a fire in my belly and determination in my heart. 🇬🇧

But first, I travelled America ⚡️⚡️

Once I arrived in London my relationship ended abruptly (ouch).
There were dizzying highs and rock-bottom lows. It was so exciting and yet the scariest thing I’d ever done.

Looking back now, I see a girl—because I was just a girl—and I’m in awe of her courage. She had no idea what was coming, but she moved anyway. She jumped anyway. And that move changed everything. 🐦‍🔥

Sometimes it takes a decade to truly understand the magnitude of one decision.
