When all emotional states and experiences can be met with an openness, a receptivity and trust, then we become in flow with life. We become One with what is. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The path to wholeness is the path to feeling it all - no longer resisting pain or attaching to pleasure, but embracing it all. And when we can be with our pain, then we can be more fully with our pleasure, as they are two sides of the same coin. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

**Spoiler alert - you cannot experience pleasure without experiencing pain. This is the world of duality that we live in.**​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
