Your “inner child” is part of the subconscious that represents our past experiences, emotions and beliefs from childhood that can influence our present behaviour.

This Inner Child Breathwork class will give you the opportunity to welcome play, movement and inner enquiry, before we breathe into healing and a closer connection to your inner child.

Clarity Breathwork, a gentle, safe and nurturing breathing practice, will support us in releasing what is no longer in alignment, so that we can welcome in acceptance, self-love and self-compassion on the path to inner child healing.

‘I don’t know enough’, ‘ I need to learn more’, ‘I’m not ready’, ‘What if you mess it up?’ - said the voice inside my head.
I had been wanting to offer something a little different in the Breathwork realm for quite sometime, but the old Limiting Beliefs kept saying wait, NO.

As part of my professional training, and I co-led a Clarity Breathwork ceremony earlier this month. What a wonderful experience to guide this session attended by our teachers Dana & Ashanna, the Clarity Breathwork community and friends from Ubud.

The feedback we received was positive and super encouraging. This helped me see how far I have come on my facilitating journey and inspired me to realise that I know more than enough, and I am so ready to expand my offerings to support more people to heal through the breath!

This week I shared my first Inner Child themed Breathwork class at The Yoga Barn - Bali! Yay! The class was really well-attended and breathers had gentle, yet powerful experiences. I am proud of myself for breathing through my Limiting Beliefs, and creating new, more supportive, cheerleader thoughts and taking action! 🥳
