PT. Pasifik Saintifindo is currently looking for an AR Collection Staff to support our finance operations and ensure effective billing and collection processes.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Handle customer collection processes and ensure timely payments
• Conduct active follow-ups and communicate with customers regarding payment issues
• Reconcile payments and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
• Input and verify incoming payments in bank books on a regular basis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
• Manage supporting documents such as PPh 23 withholding tax slips
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and collection processes
• Monitor AR aging and support collection target achievement
• Maintain professional and solution-oriented communication with customers

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Minimum D3/S1 degree in a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in AR, Billing, or Collection
• Detail-oriented, communicative, result-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
