Jatiluwih Rice Terraces
Getting to Know BBTF & Strategic Steps of Jatiluwih Worldwide! πβ¨
Does anyone know what BBTF is? π€
Bali Beyond Travel Fair (BBTF) is one of the largest international exhibition and tourist market in Indonesia. A place where tourism industry players (sellers) meet directly with global travel agents (buyers) from various parts of the world to build a strong business network.
This year, DTW Jatiluwih is proud to participate in BBTF 2026! This big step is fully supported by Bank Indonesia (BI) as a form of joint commitment to expand promotion and introduce the beauty and potential of our tourist village directly to travel agents outside Bali and the international arena.
Brings a big theme:

Planning Footprints in a World Heritage Site πΎ
Students from the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Diponegoro University (UNDIP), Semarang , recently had the opportunity to visit and study the Subak Irrigation System and the Jatiluwih area as part of their Field Study (KKL).
During this visit, we learned firsthand about the Subak systemβa living manifestation of the Tri Hita Karana philosophy, which maintains harmony between humanity, nature, and the Divine. As future planners, understanding spatial layouts rooted in local wisdom is essential to creating truly sustainable development.
Thank you, Jatiluwih, for the invaluable lessons!
