The 2026 SEAMEO-Japan Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) Award is now officially open for entries. Organized by the SEAMEO Secretariat in collaboration with MEXT Japan and in partnership with UNESCO, this prestigious award is looking for impactful school programs.

This year’s theme is: Learning and Well-being for Sustainable Futures: Leveraging the Power of AI.

The award recognizes initiatives that use AI and digital tools to tackle real-world challenges across environmental and social contexts. We know many of our ICIA alumni and partners have already developed projects that focus on ethical, meaningful, and impactful technology. This is your chance to take that work to an even larger international stage.

The competition is open to all public and private kindergarten, elementary, secondary, vocational, and technical schools (up to Grade 12) across Southeast Asia: 🇧🇳 🇰🇭 🇮🇩 🇱🇦 🇲🇾 🇲🇲 🇵🇭 🇸🇬 🇹🇭 🇹🇱 🇻🇳

We thought that some schools and students who have already shown interest in the ICIA would be perfect candidates for this. While there is absolutely no obligation, we encourage our network to explore this opportunity and showcase how the power of AI can be used for a sustainable future.

Grounding & Growing, program dari Teman Belajar Krya hadir untuk memulai kebiasaan sehat di era digital ini. Fokusnya bukan sekadar “stop gadget”, tapi membangun pola hubungan dan komunikasi yang lebih sehat, terutama antara anak dan orang tua.

Program ini dirancang untuk keluarga:
1. Orang tua belajar strategi mengatur penggunaan teknologi di rumah
2. Anak kembali aktif eksplorasi dunia nyata
3. Sesi bonding bermakna untuk memperkuat komunikasi dan kepercayaan dalam keluarga

Semua dilakukan langsung di alam terbuka. Tanpa distraksi layar gadget.
