A key design focus was to preserve the existing structure while reinterpreting it through a contemporary lens. The renovation also pays close attention to feng shui principles, carefully considering spatial orientation, bedroom positioning, and the balance between solid and void on the façade. The interior palette is crafted to evoke a warm, grounded atmosphere that reflects both harmony and timelessness.
