- Warrior 2 & Extended Side Angle: 6 x 100 seconds
- Triangle & Revolved Triangle: 6 x 100 seconds
- High Lunge: 6 x 100 seconds
- Standing Forward Fold: 200 seconds
- Upwards Salute: 200 seconds
I do this Yoga Practice to strengthen my feet and to relax my tired hands.
