This burnt cheesecake originates in Basque country and baked at a high temperature in order to get that beautiful burnt exterior and super creamy interior.
It's lighter than traditional cheesecake. The texture of this cheesecake is a cross between the classic American cheesecake and the Japanese souffle cheesecake.
It's wonderfully creamy, light, smooth with custardy gooey centre and caramelized top.
Basically our pastries are freshly made by order. We only use high quality ingredients, no-MSG, no-preservative, and no-artificial coloring.
